The hunt for differentiated returns is over.

Parliament is alternative data the factor models don't carry: theme membership, institutional block flow and macro regime sensitivity, scored on what's left after the factors.

Own a theme before it's a crowded holding.

Crypto Staking Yield: no ETF holds more than 28% of it. Parliament lists the names.

See institutional support fade.

AI Capex: block flow −0.8σ below its norm, and down from first to second in four weeks.

Own the names a fund leaves out.

Critical Minerals and Rare Earths: no ETF holds more than 45% of the names.

The sleeve is not one ticker.

Private Credit: no ETF holds more than 45% of the names.

The basket outruns the fund.

E-Commerce: no ETF holds more than 54% of the names.

One product does not hold the theme.

Nuclear Renaissance: no ETF holds more than 56% of the names.

Trusted by some of the most demanding investors, desks, family offices, wealth managers, and PMs.

Three signals the standard factors don't carry

Theme membership

276 themes that cut across sectors, linked to every ticker that belongs to them and rebuilt as the market changes.

Standard factors sort stocks by size, price ratios and past returns. None of them knows Microsoft shares 125 themes with Alphabet.

Institutional block flow

Every large print, rolled up by theme and scored against that theme's own 63-day history.

Factor models are built from prices and fundamentals. Who is trading, in what size, isn't in them.

Macro regime sensitivity

Each theme's measured response to changes in growth and inflation, placed against where the data and the market say we are now.

A theme's macro exposure moves with its membership. Static factor portfolios don't track it.

Inside the platform

Four working pages, captured from the live app. Click a screen to see it at full size.

Dashboard

The whole market on one page

Start every session here. The dashboard opens with a market tape across equities, yields, the curve, breakevens and credit, then places the economy in one of four growth-and-inflation regimes and flags when published data and market pricing disagree. Every theme is plotted by how it has behaved in each regime, sector averages are broken open to show the spread between their best and worst themes, and a rank ladder shows what moved up and down over four weeks.

  • Market tape for index ETFs, the 10-year, 2s10s, breakevens and high-yield spreads over 1D, 1W, 1M and 3M
  • Growth-and-inflation card, with the hurdle each data series must clear to change it
  • Theme exposure map: what wins in stagflation, reflation, slowdown and expansion
  • Sector rollups with breadth, flow z-score, five-day block dollars and the best theme in each

Theme page

Every theme, measured like a fund

Pick any of 276 themes and see it measured the way you would measure a fund: returns, Sharpe, Sortino, drawdown, beta and block activity across one, three and twelve months. A factor profile separates market exposure from alpha. The page shows which themes share its members, which ETFs actually hold it, how its capital splits by sector, industry, size and style, and every constituent.

  • Screener with saved screens, equal or market-cap weighting, and any benchmark
  • Factor profile: market, size, value, momentum, quality, alpha and R squared
  • Neighborhood: related themes ranked by member overlap
  • Implementation: the best ETF, how much of the theme it covers, and when to own the names directly

Ticker page

A single name, in context

For any ticker, Parliament runs the same performance and factor work, then puts the name in context: the themes it belongs to and the block prints charted under the price, with the largest blocks of the last one, three and twelve months listed with price, size and notional. Valuation, profitability and balance sheet figures sit on the same page.

  • Related tickers ranked by how many themes they share
  • Block prints charted under the price, with the largest blocks by window
  • Factor profile with a peer comparison
  • Financial snapshot, quick stats against SPY, and news

Book

Model books built on the signals

The Book page runs model portfolios on Parliament's own data, rebalanced daily from a $250k start, so you can watch the signals behave as positions instead of charts. It reports the book against buying and holding SPY on more than 30 statistics, shows where the capital sits by sector and theme, and tracks the names that rotated in and fell off, and the book's factor exposure.

  • Eight models, Model A through Model H, each with its entry and exit written on the page
  • Risk statistics including Sharpe, Sortino, max drawdown, value-at-risk and Kelly
  • Where the capital sits: dollars flowing from sectors into themes
  • Rotated in and fallen off, with the names and a sector rollup

Model books are for educational purposes only and are not investment advice.

The evidence, in one table

These stats are for the past year alone, 3 Sep 2025 through 9 Oct 2026. Each model is tested against market, size, value, momentum and quality. The last column is its largest correlation with any one of those factors. Compare them with how your own models have done over the past 12 months.

Exact daily holdings for these models are available in the app, in the Books section.

Backtest of the equal-weight theme book, rebalanced daily, with no transaction costs, from 3 Sep 2025 through 9 Oct 2026. A session with no theme selected is held in cash and kept in the regression. Each model uses only data already known. A stored theme move larger than 25% is left out. Alpha is the annualized intercept on the five factors, and the t-stat is ordinary least squares.

What a quant or a PM will ask next

Is it just repackaged momentum?

Every theme is regressed on market, size, value, momentum and quality. Alpha is what's left after all five.

Where does the data come from?

Macro series come from FRED. Market and block-print data come from the securities information processors, the consolidated feeds that cover every US exchange plus off-exchange trade reports, not just a sample. Themes are built by our models from real-time news and events, so they track new narratives before most people have a name for them.

How do I get it into my process?

What does it cost, and can I test it?

Register for free and use the dashboard as much as you like. Full access is $199 a month, with no long-term commitment, and you can cancel anytime. It includes breaking themes as they emerge, how their makeup changes over time, the quantitative stats behind each one, in-depth analytics on stocks and ETFs, and the model books shown above, with exact holdings updated daily.
