Terms
Last updated October 5, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Parliament Research, LLC (“Parliament,” “we,” “us”) for the site at parliamentresearch.com and the research terminal we operate there (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Not investment advice
Parliament is a research publisher. Nothing on the Service is investment, legal, tax, accounting, or insurance advice, and nothing is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security. Parliament Research, LLC is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or commodity trading advisor, and it is not registered as one.
Themes, constituents, charts, and flow statistics describe the record as we have it. They are not a recommendation that you take a position. Markets involve a substantial risk of loss. Past results are not a guide to future results. Decide for yourself, or with an adviser who knows your circumstances, whether any information here is useful to you.
The record can be late or wrong
Prices, holdings, filings, and flow are assembled from third-party and public sources. Figures can be delayed, incomplete, revised, or wrong. An as-of date on the desk is the date the view was built for, not a promise that every input was known that day. You are responsible for checking anything you intend to rely on.
Accounts
A reader plan and a research-desk plan are subscriptions on this Service. You agree that the email you register is accurate, that you will keep it to yourself, and that you will tell us if you believe someone else is using your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. Card billing is not connected yet. When paid billing begins, the price, the term, and the renewal will be shown before you pay.
You need your own internet connection. We do not provide one, and we do not promise that the Service will be available without interruption.
What you may do with the Service
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own personal use or for internal use inside your firm. You may not share your account, republish the Service, or resell the data. You may not scrape, harvest, or use automated means to extract themes, constituents, metrics, or any other material from the Service. You may not copy the software, reverse engineer it, or build a competing dataset from it.
The theme map, the evidence behind each link, the compilations, the text, and the software are owned by Parliament Research, LLC or its licensors. Your subscription does not transfer that ownership.
Fees
Until card billing is connected, opening an account does not charge a card. When a paid plan is offered, the fee is the amount shown at signup. Plans that renew will renew for the stated term until you cancel before the renewal. Fees already paid are for a digital research subscription and are not refunded, except where the law requires a refund. You are responsible for any taxes on your use of the Service.
Privacy
We store the email address you give us and a session cookie that keeps you signed in. We use that information to run your account. We do not sell your email address. We do not ask you to send us, and we do not want, brokerage account numbers, passwords to other services, or payment card numbers through this site while billing is not connected.
No endorsement
A company named in a theme is not a client, a sponsor, or a recommendation. We are not paid by issuers to include them. Appearance in the Service is a research classification, nothing more. Data vendors and exchanges do not sponsor or endorse Parliament.
No public API
The Service does not include a public application programming interface. Programmatic extraction is outside this license. If an API is offered later, it will have its own terms, and those terms will control that access.
No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties of accuracy, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Parliament Research, LLC and its members, managers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or trading losses, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for a claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim. Some states do not allow certain limitations, and in those states our liability is limited to the extent the law allows.
Your responsibility
You will use the Service only for lawful purposes. You will indemnify Parliament Research, LLC and its members, managers, and agents against claims, losses, and reasonable expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your breach of these terms, or your redistribution of the material.
Changes and ending access
We may change these terms or the Service. The date at the top of this page will change when the terms change. Continuing to use the Service after a change is acceptance of the new terms. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Parliament Research, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a provision cannot be enforced, the rest remains in effect.
